2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk2-3 Tbsp pumpkin puree1 scoop Powell Perfect Vanilla Protein Powder3-4 shakes each of cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
