Salad with Vinegar and Oil Salad Dressing

Ingredients
Ingredients:*heart of romaine lettuce, 6 leaves, 1 serving (remove)Baby Spinach (raw), 2 cup (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)*Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 oz (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 1.5 1tsp (remove)*Pompeian Pomegranate Infused Red Wine Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 2 dash (remove)*Clove of Garlic, 2 serving (remove)
Directions
Crush cloves of garlic in salad bowl and swish it around entire bowl
clean and add lettuce and spinach
cut up tomato
add Feta Cheese (optional)
add Parmesan Cheese
add Black Pepper
drizzle canola oil or extra fine virgin oil
drizzle red wine vinegar
Mix - taste - if too much wine, add more Parmesan Cheese
