1 cup cooked quinoa3 Tbsp pumpkin puree1 tsp cinnamon (ground)1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
Directions
mix all ingredients except yogurt. Layer mixture and yogurt. Top with fruit of choice as optional garnish. (Not included in calorie calculation.)
