Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove) Sweet potato, 4 sweetpotato, 5" long (remove) Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup (remove) Curry Sauce, 1 packet (remove)
Directions
the night before marinate the chicken on the curry sauce, chop the veggies, and put everything on the actifry for 45 minutes
