Crockpot Gourmet Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth3 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce3 tablespoon honey6 tablespoons lemon juice1.5 teaspoon rice vinegar1.5 teaspoon garlic powder.75 teaspoon ground ginger3 tsp siracha 3 tablespoon corn starch dissolved in 3 tablespoon water
Directions
1.Place chicken in crock
2.Mix together remaining ingredients in measuring cup or bowl
3.Pour over top of chicken
4.Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 until chicken is fully cooked
5.Shred chicken with forks and return to crock and toss with sauce to fully coat
6.Serve over rice or as desired
