Olga's Shrimp Etoufee

Ingredients
3 pounds Shrimp2 cups Chopped Onions1 cup Diced Celery1tbsp Garlic Granules4 cups Chicken Stock6 tbsp Butter1/4 cup FlourSalt to taste 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper1 tbsp Essence1/4 cup Parsley1/4 cup Green Onions
Directions
Melt butter
Sautee onions and celery until soft.
Sprinkle with garlic granules
Add flour and brown until light peanut butter color
Add chicken stock and cook until boiling
Add Essence and cayenne pepper and parsley
Simmer for about 30 minutes
Add shrimp and cook until it turns pink
Add green onions
Add salt to taset
