Turkey Kielbasa Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 box chicken stock, 12 oz crushed tomatoes, 1 can cut green beans canned, 1 can great northern beans, 12 baby carrots cut in half, small can of sweet corn, 1/2 head of cauliflower, 3 celery stalks, small onion, 2 cans 5.5 oz V8 juice low sodium, 3 small potatoes cubed, Turkey kielbasa (lightly sauté in olive oil) cut in slices.
Directions
sauté onion and celery in 1tbsp olive oil add other veggies, beans, corn, tomatoes and V8 & Chicken stock. Simmer for 1 hr. I sauté my turkey kielbasa before adding to soup ( just added flavor).
