Cream of Mushroom Leek soup

Ingredients
3 cups sliced mushrooms1 cup diced onion1 leek chopped2 cups finely chopped cauliflower2 cloves garlic minced900 ml (4 cups) chicken broth1 cup Half and Half cream
Directions
saute first 3 ingredients
add to slow cooker with the chicken broth, cauliflower
cook on high for about 6 hours
add cream in last 15 minutes
