2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained2 cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained2 cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained2 cans diced tomatoes1 cup frozen corn1 green bell pepper, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 yellow bell pepper, chopped1 sweet onion, chopped5 cloves of garlic, chopped2 tablespoons chili powder1 tablespoon italian seasoning1 tablespoon cumin1 tablespoon red pepper flakessalt and pepper to taste
chop veggies, drain and rinse beans, and put all ingredients into pot. Simmer on low-medium heat for 30 minutes with lid on.
