½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, more or less2 tablespoons hot buffalo wing sauce, more or less. Cane go as much as 50/50 with the yogurt. 1 tablespoon buffalo blue cheese dressing, more or less. You can used mayo and add a Tbsp of blue cheese instead1/2 tsp garlic powderA little cracked black pepper1 1/2 cup of cooked shredded or chopped chicken1 cup celery stalks, diced or sliced thin1/2 cup chopped red onionWe'll serve with lettuce and or spinach and on either the hamburger buns or wrapped on tortillas

Mix together the yogurt, wing sauce, dressing
