My Pumpkin Bread -Homemade

Ingredients
2 cups of Sugar1 - 16 oz can of Pure Pumpkin1/2 cup of Vegetable oil2.5 cups of All Purpose Flour1 Egg1 tsp of Nutmeg2 Tbsp of Cinnamon2 tsp of Baking Soda3/4 tsp of Salt
Directions
Mix sugar, pumpkin and oil and egg together. In a separate bowl shift together rest of dry ingredients. Add dry mix to pumpkin mix. Preheat oven to 375. bake 30-60 mins depending on pan it is put in. Done when toothpick comes clean. Cool completely before cutting.

Serving Size: Makes 1.5 loaves (medium - large pan)
