Simple Bruchetta

Ingredients
2 peices of wheat bread - toasted1 plum tomato - washed and diced1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin olive oilItalian Seasoning (sprinkle to your taste)
Directions
Dice 1 plum or roma tomato. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning (can be found in the spices section of your local grocery store). You can nowspoon this onto a peice of wheat toast. Enjoy! This could even be a meal with a side salad.
