Salmon Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
6 oz canned salmon3 Tbs. nonfat plain yogurt1 Tbs. Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing1/2 tsp. dill weed1/4 tsp. paprika1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning1 stalk celery chopped1 small McIntosh apple chopped1 Tbs. sunflower seeds2 c. lettuce
Directions
Mix yogurt, dressing and spices and refrigerate 30 to allow flavors to combine.

Drain salmon and flake into a bowl. Add chopped celery and apple. Mix in dressing and toss to coat well. Mix in sunflower seeds.

Serve on a bed of lettuce.
