No-Bean Chili

1 lb. lean ground turkey1/2 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped mushrooms1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley1 tsp. chopped garlic1 pkg. chili seasoning1 14.5 oz. can chopped tomatoes with juice1 15 oz. can tomato sauce1 6 oz. can tomato pasteCrushed red pepper flakes (if desired).
Brown ground turkey in olive oil until lightly browned.
Add celery, peppers, onion, mushrooms, and garlic and continue browning for approximately 10 minutes.
Stir in parsley chili seasoning, chopped tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, and tomato paste.
Cook for at least one hour or longer.
Add 1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
