14 oz can drained artichoke hearts (quartered)1 cup light sour cream1 cup plain greek yogurt8 oz light cream cheese or silken tofu8 oz mozzarella cheese8 oz parmesan cheese½ c. fresh chopped spinach1 tsp fresh minced garlic1 tsp seasoning powder1 Tble hot sauce or 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Blend all ingredients and heat via slow cooker or microwave.
