Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving (remove)##Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1 cup (remove)##Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)##Garlic, 3 clove (remove)##*Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1.95 cup (remove)##Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)##Ancent Harvest's Quinoa, Traditional, Organic (1/4 cup dry / 46 grams), 1 cup (remove)##Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)##Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)##Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)##*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)##Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)##*Chedder Cheese - 1/4 cup Shredded, 4 serving (remove)
Cook Quinoa per instructions in water. In skillet, cook ground turkey and veggies in olive oil. add seasonings. combine quinoa and meat/veggie mixture and add tomato sauce. poor in 9x13 pan and top with cheese. cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 20 min at 350 degrees. remove foil and cook for an additional 10 min.
