Mushu steak

Ingredients
.5 lb steak4 tsp. hoisin sauce4 tsp. soy sauce1 tsp grated ginger1 tsp garlic1/4 cup grated carrots2 c. red cabbage4 c. cabbage1/4 c. white onion
Directions
Marinate the steak strips in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Heat the oil in a wok, then add the steak. When the steak is almost finished add the cabbage, onion, water chestnuts, and carrots, cook until cabbage is tender (to your liking).
