Indian ground turkey and rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup black or brown rice1/2 a large onion1/2 a green pepper1/2 a package of ground turkey (approx 450g)2 heaping tsp of Patak's curry
Directions
boil the rice;
cook the onion and pepper in oil then drain and add in the turkey - "brown" the turkey and drain - add in the Patak's sauce then add in the rice, mix thoroughly
