Beans, black, 2 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Chicken Broth, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1 cup, dicedSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Rinse one pound of black beans (two cups) and add to crockpot. Chop carrots, onions and celery and add to crockpot. Cover with six cups of chicken broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and allow to simmer for at least three hours.
