Bake according to MB Dana's recipe, cut way more eggplant than just 7 4" rounds, more like next time I should just use the whole eggplant...

Need to try it with actual fresh garlic cloves and herbs too, maybe research what spices go in real cheese queso dip.

All in all, for the 1st time trying this - without almond milk or fresh garlic or cornstarch! - I was impressed (:
