Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
15 oz can of pumpkinSpice Cake Mix1 eggwater12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except for chocolate chips, with mixer for 4 minutes. Using a spatula or large spoon, fold in chocolate chips (optional).

Pour into 18 large cupcake papers. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.

You can also make this into a loaf.

    Great recipe!! The recipe doesn't state how much water to use but I used 3/4 of a cup and instead of using the chocolate morsels I used raisins and I added rum extract. They turned out PERFECT. I can't wait to try this again but in a loaf pan. Good Recipe!!! - 12/9/08
