Fat Free Sugar Free Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1 large package fat free sugar fee vanilla pudding1 jumbo egg well beaten4 cups fat free milk1 cup minute rice uncooked1/2 cup raisins1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions
In a large sauce pan beat egg well.Add rest of ingredients and heat over medium high heat stirring constantly until it becomes a rolling boil and thickens.Remove from heat and place in a bowl(s) and chill immediately.
