Avocado bacon egg bake

Ingredients
1 whole avocado1 slice turkey bacon, cooked1/4 Roma tomato, diced1 eggSalt & pepper
Directions
Halve and core avocado. Scoop out excess avocado, making room for egg. Place both halves in oven safe pan. Break bacon into small pieces, and put half of the slice into each half of avocado. Scoop diced tomato into avocado. Break egg into small bowl. Scoop half of egg into each avocado. Some may overflow. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
