Herbed Yogurt Cheese

Ingredients
1 lg. container fat free plain yogurt1 tbsp. basil1 tbsp. parsley1 tsp. minced garlic1 tsp. salt
Directions
Drain yogurt by lining a strainer with a paper towel and place over a large bowl. Place yogurt in paper towel and allow to drain for 8 hrs.
Throw water away. Place cheese in a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Store in fridge.
