Ingredients
Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 5lbClove of Garlic, 1 serving Salt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dashDijon Mustard, 1 tbspBalsamic Vinegar, 1 tbspCinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp
Directions
1. Wash roast, trim excess fat, pat dry & rub with garlic halves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then prick roast all over with fork or skewer.
2. Combine ingredients and rub on roast.
3. Cover and cook toast on low for 7 to 9 hrs.
