Herbed Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
cashews, eggs, apple cider vinegar, almond milk, palm shortening, coconut flour, almond flour salt, baking soda, sage, rosemary
Directions
ground up cashews in food processor to a fine flour,add egg yolks, vinegar, and milk, process again for 10 seconds until mixture resembles a thick paste.

add coconut flour, almond flour, salt, and baking soda and process again

beat egg whites in separate bowl until soft peaks have formed, by hand or with electric mixer.

add egg whites, palm shortening, and herbs to the food processor, plus 6-8 times until the egg whites are just incorporated

using two spoons or a large cookie scoop, drop lumps of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. lightly press mounds down w back of spoon or fingers.

bake for 30 min until golden brown, then cool on wire rack.
