Ingredients
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix4 cups frozen corn 1 1/2 cups fat free sour cream1/4 cup butter, melted1/2 cup evaporated skim milk1 whole egg2 egg whites
Directions
Beat egg whites until fluffy. Mix all other ingredients together. Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased casserole or 9x13 pan. Bake 45-60 minutes or until center is set.
