Ingredients
3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt1/4 cup skim milk1/2 cup cocoa powder1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup Truvia or any natural based sweetener that pours like sugar1 egg1/3 cup applesauce1 t. baking pwd.1 pinch salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Grease a square baking dish. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in to the prepared dish and bake for about 15 mins. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 9 squares.
