Peanut Butter Banana Cream of Wheat

1/2 cup Skinny Cow fat free milk3/4 cup water1 tsp. Splenda1 tbsp. natural peanut butter1/2 medium banana, sliceddash cinnamon3 tbsp. dry Cream of Wheat cereal
Add all ingredients except cereal to a small sauce pan; bring to a boil while stirring over medium heat (be careful not to let the milk scorch).
Once it boils, add cereal and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes or until cereal absorbs the liquid.
Serves 1.

My 5y/o son doesn't like peanut butter & he LOVES this! I made it yesterday AM & when I warmed up the leftovers this AM for myself he said, "I didn't know we had THAT! I want that instead!!"
