Skillet Turkey Hash with Soft Cooked Eggs

Small potatoes, 2, diced with skin on.Turkey, cooked & chopped light meat, 1 cup2 large eggs1/2 bell pepper or can of chopped green chilisStalk of green onion, bulb chopped and some greens chopped to sprinkle on top1 tsp olive oil1 tsp chili powder1 tsp cumin1 tsp onion salt
Heat oil in cast iron pan. Add onion, peppers & diced potatoes, toss to coat with oil. Sprinkle on chili powder, cumin and onion salt and cook with lid on until potatoes are becoming tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in turkey and cook until heated through. Make two wells in the turkey hash and break a raw egg into the well. Put lid back on and cook until the whites are set, then serve.
