Best Ever Meatloaf - Gluten Free

1 pound lean ground beef2 eggs1/3 cup breadcrumbs (can be GF)1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix1 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic, chopped2 tsp ground sage3 Tbls Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients, except ground beef, in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle. Mix until well incorporated. Add ground beef by chunks and mix until incorporated. Do not over mix.
Pat meat mixture into a loaf pan. Top meatloaf with 1/4 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce). Cook for 1 hour or until done.
Serving Size: 1/6 of the meatloaf
