Sweet Spice Nut & Seed Snack

Ingredients
1 cup Pecans - large pieces1 cup Walnuts - halves or large pieces1 cup Sunflower Seeds 1.67 Coconut Flakes 1/2 - 2/3 Coconut Oil1/2 tsp. stevia2 tsp. cinnamonNutmeg & cloves - pinch to taste
Directions
Melt coconut oil in large baking dish (I used 9 x 13 cake pan). Stir in spices & stevia until well mixed.
Add nuts, seeds, coconut; stirl gently until well coated.
Bake at 350 - actually lower would work better! stirring every 10 minutes until brown. Cool.
Store in covered jar.

Serving Size: Makes about 4.5 cups, or 18 1/4 cup servings.
