Ingredients
1 large beet1 large sweet potato1 sm red potato1 shallot 4 garlic clovesGreen Cabbage about 2 cupsLow sodium broth 6 c1 Jalapeņo pepper1 serrano pepper1/4 red bell pepper3 carrots
Directions
place olive oil in bottom of large pot and warm on low for 3 minutes while you chop veggies
Drop Shallot and garlic, and peppers in bottom to sweat
Add rest of veggies after 4 minutes of sweating
Add Broth and turn heat to med.
