Honey Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts(Can use bone in or tender cut chicken as well)3 Tbsp Honey1/4 cup of Lemon JuiceNon-Stick Cooking Spray
Directions
-Coat a large fry pan with cooking spray.

-Cook and lightly brown chicken on both sides over med/med-high heat, making sure to cook thoroughly, about 10 mins.

-When chicken is almost done, add lemon juice, turning chicken and allowing it to soak up juices.

-Add honey directly on top of chicken breasts

-Allow to finish cooking, about another 5 mins.

Serve immediately.
Garnish with lemon slices if desired.

Serving Suggestion: Serve over steamed rice

    Very good flavor and easy to make. I modified the receipe to use 1-1/2 lbs of raw chicken for 6 servings which brings the calories down and is more consistent with a 'serving' size. - 2/7/11
