Ingredients
2 chicken breasts1 tsp garlic1 tsp pepper1 tsp thyme2 tsp butter1 tsp olive oil
Directions
preheat oven to 450
heat a dry pan on the stove (no oil) mix garlic pepper thyme butter and olive oil under the skin
when the pan is hot place breast skin side down for about 3 minutes or until brown
place on a baking sheet and into oven for 15 minutes
check with meat thermometer for 160 or juices run clear.
