Easy no-crust low sugar/lowfat pumpkin pie

.5 cup Heart Smart Bisquick1 cup Fat Free Evaporated Milk.5 cup egg beaters1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix).5 cup splenda1 Tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine1 tsp vanilla1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until blended
Pour into a 9" pie plate that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
Bake 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean - refrigerate 3 hours before cutting.
Serving Size: Makes 1 pie - 8 slices
