Cous Cous, 1 cup Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 100 grams Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Canned Tomatoes, 0.25 cup
In a large pan, heat the oil, and add the onion. Cook for a short while then add the veggies and cook a bit (1-2 minutes each time). Add the cous cous (or bulgur or brown rice) and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add 2 cups of water and your favorite seasoning (such a black pepper and chilli) and the tomatoes. Leave it to cook for about 10-15 min
