Sweet Potatoes, Baked (One potato), 2 serving (remove)Brown Sugar, 6 tbsp packed (remove)cranberry, can of whole berry cranberries, 0.5 cup (remove)Peaches, (8 oz. can), 1 cup slices (remove)Corn Starch, 1 tbsp (remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
Cook or bake yams until soft. Drain peaches reserving juice. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons peach juice. Set aside.
In large skillet, heat remaining peach juice, brown sugar, cranberries, cinnamon and butter. When butter is melted, add cornstarch mixture. Stir over medium heat until it thickens. Add yams. Stir in peaches and cook 5 minutes.
