Pineapple Sour Cream Dessert

Ingredients
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix (fat free, sugar free)1 cup sour cream (low fat)1 can crushed pineapple (not drained)2 tbsp. Cool Whip free for garnish per serving
Directions
Whip first 3 ingrediants in a bowl till smooth. Divide into dessert nappies. Chill at least 2 hours.

Garnish with Cool whip free before serving

Variation: (of course either of these add more calories)

Garnish with fruit (kiwi or strawberries)
Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted coconut
