brown and wild rice stuffing

Ingredients
Ingredients:1 lb Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained, 16 oz 3 cups Brown rice - 1 (cook in 3 cups chicken broth/3 cups water)1 cup Wild Rice - cook in ( 1 cup water/1cup chicken broth) 1 bag frozen - Yellow Sweet Corn1 can - Black Beans, black1 can Beans, red kidney)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Almonds, 1 cup, slivered Poultry seasoning, 1 tbspCilantro, raw, 4 tbsp Garlic, 3 clove Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper5 cups of low sodium chicken broth
Directions
cook rices according to directions using half water half broth

cook sausage in sauce pan drain and add to ex large mixing bowl

in a tablespoon or so of broth, saute veges til softened, add to mixing bowl

add rice and seasonings to mixing bowl

drain and rinse beans, add to mixing bowl

toss and season to taste

Keep warm in crockpot or oven
