Ingredients
2oz soba noodles, dry2Tbsp black beans, canned2cups chicken broth.5Tbsp olive oil.5Tbsp seseme oil1oz purple cabbage, coarsely chopped3 garlic-stuffed green olives, quartered
Directions
heat the oils in a soup pot over medium-low heat, add cabbage and stir constantly for about five minutes, then add olives and beans, stir for another few minutes. add broth and noodles and bring to boil, then turn heat down to low and simmer for about five minutes, or until noodles and cabbage are both al dente.
