Curried Lamb Stew

Ingredients
12 oz. diced lamb1.5 cup uncooked rice3 cups snow peas.75 cup sour cream.75 cup diced carrots1 TB. Curry powder1 TB. Garlic pawderBlack pepper to taste1 med. onion, diced
Directions
Cook Rice and set aside.

Cook diced lamb in chicken broth. Season.

Add diced carrots and onions. Cook until soft.

Add snow peas and cook about 3 more minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

Server over cooked rice.

Makes 3 servings.
