Karen's No-Stir granola

5 cups old fashioned oats2 cups chopped walnuts1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup butter, melted1/3 cup maple syrup1/3 cup brown sugar, lightly packed1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp salt4 tsp vanilla2 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cover bottom of large sheet pan with parchment paper.
In large bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla.
Stir in oats and walnuts until well coated.
Spread in sheet pan covered with parchment paper.
Press down gently with potato masher until even.
Bake 45 minutes, rotating half way through, should be starting to brown.
Cool completely.
Crumble into a large container, stir in craisins.
