Ingredients
Ground turkey, 1.5 lbKetchup, Heinz, .25 cupLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce .33 cupOnion, diced, 0.25 cup 2 eggs Egg 1 cup Ians whole wheat bread crumbs
Directions
1. preheat over to 350
2. mix all ingredients together well
3. portion out meatloaf mixture into 6 muffin tins
(or split in half, make 4 muffins and freeze the remaining mixture for next time)
4. bake approx 45 minutes or until muffins reach 180
