Chicken Enchilada Roll Ups

9 Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb wraps2 - 8 oz packages of greek creem cheese mixture1 1/2 c 2% cheddar cheese shredded2 T taco seasoning1 12 oz can of chicken - drained and broken up1 4.5 oz can black olives - chopped1 can rotel tomatoes - drained1 clove of garlic minced1/2 cup chopped cilantro4 green onion - chopped
Mix the greek cream cheese, cheese and taco seasoning with a mixer. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a spoon. Spread onto 9 tortillas, roll-up and refrigerate. Before serving, slice into at least 6 slices.
