Mexican Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 cup chredded Chicken breast ( use leftovers if you have them or cook chicken in crock pot and shred)4 c chicken broth1 can crushed tomatoes1 small can green chilis1 c instant white rice1 tsp ground cumin1/4 oregano1/4 black pepperdash salt1 c white beans
Directions
1. Bring broth to a simmer and poach chicken (or cook in crock pot and shred, or use leftover chicken).
2. Add all other ingridients and simmer until rice is finished.

    I did not have the soup or white beans but I had some freshly canned tomatoes and some black beans so I adapted this to what I had on hand, AWESOME!!! - 7/30/09
