Blueberry Banana Bread (low FOMAP)

Ingredients
1 box King Arthur Muffin Mix1 cup Milk/Milk alternative(I use almond milk)3 eggs1/4 cup vegetable oil2 ripe bananas1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 375

mash bananas in bowl, add milk, eggs, and muffin mix.

Mix all well

Add vegetable oil to reach desired consistency (up 1/4 cup)

mix in blueberries

Divide batter into 2 greased bread pans.

bake 50-60 minutes
