Keto Mozzarella Sticks!

Ingredients
- One, 12-ounce bag of WHOLE MILK mozzarella sticks (one bag should have 12 sticks).- 3 large eggs- 1/4 cup of fresh shaved parmesan cheese - 2 tsp. of italian seasoning- 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder- 1/2 cup of olive oil
Directions
- Set up a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Set aside for later use.

- Cut each stick in half.

- Prepare your "mixing station" as such:

one bowl with the 3 whisked eggs

one bowl with the garlic powder, parm, and italian seasoning.

- Dip one stick in the egg, then dip in the cheese mix, then back in the egg again (for good measure). Place each stick on baking pan.

- Take the time to roll each stick around in your hand a little to ensure proper coating.

- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for one hour (DO NOT OMIT THIS STEP).

- In a skillet, heat up 1/4 cup of olive oil (MAKE SURE IT IS SUPER HOT BEFORE ADDING STICKS!)

* Because you're only using the oil to fry, I only accounted for 2 TBSP. in the nutrition facts of this recipe. But still use the whole 1/2 to fry with.

- Fry each stick until golden brown on the outside.

- Let cool, and enjoy!
