Ingredients

    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Basil, 1 tsp
    Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields
    *lime rind, 1 serving
    Onions, raw, 2 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Dice all ingredients
Add spices, lime juice and rind
Enjoy!

    This sounds great; I'll try to omit the salt altogether as we dislike anything salty; at the most, I expect to use just a few grains of salt and maybe another slice of onion. - 4/12/10
