This sounds great; I'll try to omit the salt altogether as we dislike anything salty; at the most, I expect to use just a few grains of salt and maybe another slice of onion.
You made this for me before and it was delicious! Avacados are so goooooood for you, just eat them in moderation as they're high in fat (good fat) and calories!
